The fast food I had for lunch is making me feel like shit. I don't eat fast food very much, but I should probably just cut it out of my diet entirely.

I know your pain. I basically cut off fast food. It's a struggle if you eat a lot, but if not, you feel so much better in general.

No soda either. It's really not that bad. Just drink more water.

Sonic. Pretty much every other time I've been there I haven't had a problem but I guess all fast food is essentially the same...

If I go to Sonic from now on it'll just be for slushes/drinks/shakes. No more food.

I had basically cut out fast food about 2 years ago. I may have eaten it 6 or 7 times in the 2 years. Recently I got rid of soda as well. Mostly milk and water with some coffee with VERY little sugar in the mix. Those 10 pounds I've been fighting for the past year? Gone in 3 weeks..... Watch your sodium intake too. Turkey sandwich on a hero roll at the 7-Eleven. Should be safe, right? Nope. 89% of your daily sodium intake right there....

Yeah, I don't eat it a lot, so it won't be too hard to stop altogether. It's tempting because even though it makes me feel like shit most of the time, it tastes good, haha.

But yeah, cutting it out will be the best thing for me, I think. And as for soda, I only drink soda when I get fast food, I rarely buy it in bottles or cans just for the hell of it.

I know what they are putting in my food

The actual food is healthier

With regards to fast food, what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Except El Taco, I grew up eating Mexican food and am pretty immune to it, but El Taco is a flaming, burning semi-solid shit I'd rather not endure again but probably will because it's so good.

Yeah, though we only get Subway in Mexico as the American restaurant of sandwiches.

What we do get here that I love most, are the Italian Panini Joints. Man I do love Paninis.

Oh, well Subway is a much larger chain than Togos. Unfortunately Quiznos is dying out, they used to be pretty good too before they lowered their quality to chase Subway's prices.

Yeah, I really like Subway. I probably won't stop going there, I don't go there all the time but have *never* had a problem with their food. Always been clean, and the food has always been fresh.
